Snag the URL or a picture and send it to us in our chat box. Leave your message even if we are away and your Design Broker will respond back to your chat thread.

2. Chat With Your Design Broker
Your Designer Broker will either chat live or message you back . You will receive an email from “LiveChat” notifying you that we have responded to our chat. CHECK your SPAM. Normally quotes are given same day or could take up two days. Anything longer we will notify you. We will find your product or something similar then negotiate the lowest price for you and upload your quote to the chat so we can store all your quotes and links in one place.

3. Receive Your Quote
We will then message you back a price quote and cost of shipping. Or we will send you a link to where you can purchase it for lowest price. If you approve we will send directions on how to purchase.

Any customer orders from Retailers or Designer/Wholesale can NOT BE RETURNED.

You have 24hrs to take pictures of all the damages. You then email Design Broker and they have to submit your claim with 36-48hrs after delivery.
