3. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Design Broker.By registering for an account or membership, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Membership Plans

Design Broker offers subscription memberships that may include:• Studio
• Atelier
• CollectiveEach membership includes specific features, benefits, and usage limits. These features may evolve as the platform develops.Membership access is granted only after successful payment processing.

5. Subscription Billing & Payments

Memberships may be billed:• Monthly
• YearlyPayments are processed through third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal.Accepted payment methods may include:• American Express
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Discover
• PayPalBy providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that:• you are authorized to use the payment method
• you authorize Design Broker or its payment processor to charge the applicable feesIf a payment method cannot be verified or is declined, Design Broker may suspend or cancel the membership until payment is resolved.Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in suspension or termination of account access.

6. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time.Monthly memberships remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.Yearly memberships remain active for the remainder of the billing year once canceled.Unless otherwise stated or required by law, partial refunds are not guaranteed.Design Broker may offer promotional refund guarantees at its discretion.

7. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify Design Broker immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your accountDesign Broker is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:• misuse or abuse the platform
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software
• upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• use the platform for unlawful activityViolation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Users may upload images, room photos, or other design-related content to the platform.By uploading content, you confirm that:• you own the rights to the content or have permission to upload it
• the content does not violate any laws or third-party rightsDesign Broker is not responsible for user-generated content uploaded to the platform.

10. AI-Generated Design Content

Design Broker may generate visualizations or renderings using AI tools.These visualizations are conceptual representations only.Actual results may vary due to factors including:• product dimensions
• materials
• lighting conditions
• installation methods
• vendor substitutionsDesign Broker does not guarantee that rendered designs will perfectly match real-world results.

11. Trade Pricing Network

Design Broker may provide access to trade pricing through third-party vendors and brands.Design Broker does not guarantee:• product availability
• vendor pricing
• vendor delivery timelines
• vendor inventory accuracyPurchases made through third-party vendors are governed by the vendor’s policies, including shipping, returns, and warranties.

12. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect:Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.If visible damage is present, refuse the shipment and mark it as “damaged.”Take clear photos of the packaging and item.Contact Design Broker within 48 hours at contact@designbroker.co with supporting photos.Design Broker will submit the claim to the vendor and assist with available refund, replacement, or exchange options provided by the vendor.Resolution timelines depend on the vendor's policies.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Design Broker platform including:• software
• AI tools
• graphics
• text
• branding
• the Design Broker Method™is the intellectual property of Design Broker or its licensors.Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of platform materials is strictly prohibited without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Broker is not liable for:• purchasing decisions made using the platform
• vendor product availability
• vendor pricing or delivery issues
• design outcomes or installation results
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesUse of the platform and services is at your own risk.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Design Broker, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:• your use of the platform
• your violation of these Terms
• your misuse of the services

16. Termination of Accounts
