We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new memberships.
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Reasonable Usage

Design Broker provides immediate access to AI design tools and Trade pricing.
To ensure fairness, refunds are intended for members who have genuinely tried the platform but found it was not the right fit.
Refunds may not be granted if the platform has been used excessively, including but not limited to:
• generating a high volume of designs
• submitting a large number of Trade quote requests
• extensive use of the platform within the refund period

Subscription Terms

Monthly Memberships

• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods

Yearly Memberships

• Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase
• After 7 days, all yearly plans are non-refundable

Payment Plans

If you choose a split payment plan:
• You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments
• Access to the platform may be paused or revoked if payments are not completed
• Refund eligibility still follows the 7-day policy from the original purchase date

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
• Requests made after the 7-day refund period
• Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
• Inability to provide proof of purchase
• Violation of our Terms of Service

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
